Acceptance and eligibility

By purchasing, accessing, or using Lead Magnet Forge, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from them. You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and must provide accurate purchase and account information.

Product access

Accounts are provisioned from verified JVZoo transactions. Public registration may be unavailable. Use the same email address used at checkout and keep account credentials confidential.

Permitted use

The Front End license permits use for your own business. Optional products add the capabilities described on their respective checkout pages. The Agency License permits managing and delivering assets for clients through the agency workflow, but does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, templates, or platform.

• Do not share, resell, sublicense, copy, reverse engineer, or provide unauthorized access to the application.
• Do not use the service to generate unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or harmful content.
• Do not interfere with security, usage limits, availability, or other customer accounts.
• Unlimited Personal Ebook Creation is subject to fair use and excludes automated bulk generation, account sharing, resale generation, and client work outside the Agency workflow.
• You remain responsible for reviewing generated content before publication or delivery.

JVZoo transactions and entitlements

JVZoo acts as retailer for purchases made through its checkout. Prices, recurring charges, taxes, refund eligibility, and payment terms shown at checkout control the transaction. Verified payment notifications activate the corresponding product entitlement. OTO 1 is billed at $37 on the purchase date and renews at $37 monthly until cancelled. A recurring cancellation stops future renewals and keeps OTO 1 active through the paid period; afterward the account returns to Front End limits while existing ebooks and leads remain available. Refunds, chargebacks, nonpayment, or fraud signals may revoke related access.

Third-party services such as ESPs, OpenRouter, Supabase, Vercel, and Resend may have separate fees and terms. Unless expressly stated at checkout, those costs are not included.

Content, leads, and compliance

You retain responsibility for the briefs, generated ebooks, email copy, uploaded branding, lead data, URLs, and other content placed into the service. You represent that you have the rights and lawful basis required to use that material.

• Obtain appropriate consent before collecting or using personal data.
• Provide required privacy notices and unsubscribe mechanisms.
• Comply with email, advertising, privacy, intellectual-property, and consumer-protection laws.
• Do not treat AI output as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

Availability and changes

We may update features, models, providers, interfaces, limits, and security controls to maintain or improve the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a specific AI model, error-free output, inbox placement, lead volume, conversion rates, or business results. Planned or emergency maintenance may temporarily affect access.

Account enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risk, nonpayment, legal requirements, policy violations, or harm to the service or other users. Where appropriate, contact support to appeal or resolve the issue.

Use at your own judgment

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Generated content may contain mistakes and must be reviewed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lead Magnet Forge and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Questions may be sent to support@leadmagnetforge.com.
