Purchase and billing
Include the checkout email, JVZoo transaction ID, product name, purchase date, and a description of the billing issue.
Request purchase supportLogin and access
Use the email entered at JVZoo checkout. If access is missing, identify which purchased product should be active.
Open customer loginPrivacy and security
Report a suspected security issue without posting credentials, API keys, passwords, or private customer data.
Send a private reportFor a faster response: include the page URL, what you expected, what occurred, the approximate time, your browser, and a screenshot with sensitive details removed. Never email passwords, full API keys, payment-card details, or subscriber lists.
