Account, purchase, and workspace data

• Account details such as name, checkout email, password credentials managed by Supabase Auth, profile settings, and product entitlements.
• JVZoo transaction data such as product identifier, transaction reference, status, and purchaser email.
• Workspace content including briefs, ebooks, campaigns, embed settings, client workspaces, approval snapshots, and brand assets.
• Lead information collected through forms you publish, including email address, consent fields, delivery status, and associated lead magnet.
• Technical and security information such as IP-derived request data, browser details, timestamps, logs, and error diagnostics.
• Support communications and information you choose to send us.

Operating and protecting the service

We use information to provision purchases, authenticate accounts, generate requested assets, store workspaces, deliver transactional email, route leads, provide client portals, respond to support, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, comply with law, and improve reliability.

Processors and integrations

Lead Magnet Forge may use Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and database services, Resend for transactional delivery, OpenRouter and selected model providers for AI generation, and JVZoo for retail payment processing and purchase notifications. When you connect an ESP, relevant lead and configuration data is sent to that provider according to your instructions.

Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy practices. Avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information in AI prompts or lead forms.

Generated content requests

Briefs and relevant workspace context may be transmitted to OpenRouter and the selected model provider to generate ebooks or email content. API keys are intended to remain server-side. We do not use customer API credentials as public content.

Storage, deletion, and safeguards

Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain transaction and audit records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect security. We use reasonable technical and organizational controls, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Account deletion requests may be subject to required transaction, fraud-prevention, backup, or legal retention periods.

Access and control

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion of personal information. Account email changes may be restricted because the email is tied to purchase verification. Contact support@leadmagnetforge.com with the account email and request details.

You control the leads you collect for your business and may be the data controller for that information. You are responsible for honoring subscriber rights, consent, and deletion requests.

Sessions and service locations

Essential cookies or similar storage are used for authentication, security, preferences, and session continuity. Service providers may process data in countries other than your own, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.

Policy changes

We may revise this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material updates may also be communicated inside the application or by email where appropriate.
